Laurent & Lewis, together or separately, are found of collaborations with other artists from all over the world. This page will help you understand who does what with whom...

Laurent & Lewis / De Held
L&L's brand new track features Bussels's multilingual hero De Held. It's called "Istanbulskaya" and is about love, of course. Laurent: "I wanted something in the future tense, because it sounds so good in Turkish. De Held wrote it. We plugged the mic, and... done! Isn't life simple, sometimes?"
Listen to it online on the Music page, or download the 192k MP3 from the Download page. Lyrics are... on the Lyrics page, of course.

Laurent Chambon / Snax
Laurent's new track, "Glad I'm Not Beautiful" features Captain Comatose's crazy half, Berlin-based American and funky talent Snax and his groovy keyboards, this track has been co-written by Kathy Clugston.
The celebration of boring meritocracy features original samples from Cécile Dee's underground masterpeace "Nuages", Snax funky keyboards and bitchy vocals by Laurent & the Gurliboyz.

Pasha Hristova / Laurent & Lewis
More than twenty years after its release in Bulgaria, Pasha Hristova's enormous hit 'Edna Bulgarska Roza' (The Only Bulgarian Rose) is alive again, thanks to Laurent & Lewis. In their 2004 Acid House meets Big Beat edit of this masterpeace from the Sovietic era, Pasha is back on the dancefloors.
Listen to it online on the Music page, or download the 192k MP3 from the Download page and send it to your friends back in Sofia!

Linda Lamb / Laurent & Lewis
SSS, the new label of Tampopo & Supakaji, has asked Laurent & Lewis to remix New York City-based diva Linda Lamb's forthcoming 12" "hard To Be Young". Inspired by Northern Dutch popular music (Staphorst is a fondamentalist protestant town where music is forbidden and where young people assemble secretly to drink beer and listen to vulgar trance), this remix can be seen as an exercise in old school techno. Download it for free before its official release on the Download page!

Laurent & Lewis / Osman Aşoğlu
For the Artlaunch Istanbul Meets Amsterdam party, Laurent & Lewis have asked the Istanbul Trash artist Osman Aşoğlu to create new songs. Along the very oriental "Ver Bize Ask", to be released soon, Osman has co-written a Turkish version of "Jadorelesexe". The Amsterdam crowed has shown to be really reactive to it, while the Parisian crowd seemed to prefer a more oriental "Ver Bize Ask".
Come back soon for its official release...

Youssou N'dour / Laurent & Lewis
While preparing for new House classix tracks, Laurent & Lewis have found the time to remix other artists. The remix the boys did for Youssou N'dour "Shukran Bamba" (from his new album "Egypte) is now to be downloaded online for free on the Download page. Already object of cult, this arabic-oriented remix is already extremely popular amongst the connoisseurs.

 A A R O N - C A R L

Laurent & Lewis / Aaron-Carl
Aaron-Carl has just brilliantly remixed Laurent & Lewis's 'Doesn't Help When We Deny It': Detroit groove blended with L&L's European melancholy... This remix can be heard in the Music page, in the RadioBlog, and is also, for a short while, downloadable for free on the Download page. Enjoy it now because the track will be soon to be downloaded only from the Shop

Laurent & Lewis / The Gurliboyz
After more than a year of work, Laurent & Lewis have managed to finish their much awaited song "One For A Moment", with special help from the talented vocal clique The Gurliboyz. Disco-ish, loungey, housey, gurliboyish, this new song shows Lewis's vocal dexterity and Laurent's mastering of disco classix. You can listen to it online on the Music page.
Once again, Kathy Clugston has written beautiful lyrics for Laurent & Lewis. She has already been involved in L&L's "Dansen Is Leuk" and Laurent's solo project "These Are Rough Times But I Know It's Gonna Be Alright". She's currently busy finishing her first book. A girly book, of course. We can't wait!

Laurent Chambon / Kathy Clugston
Laurent Chambon, one half of Laurent & Lewis, also involved in the Butch Bitches, has officially released on the internet his new song, "These Are Rough Times But I Know It's Gonna Be Alright". It features Kathy Clugston and is co-produced by 63yo Poitou diva DjJanine. It is to download for free in the Alright page in High Quality MP3.
"These Are Rough Times..." ressembles very much classic 1990s House Music anthems, luxurious orchestra and seems fueled at the same time by Italian disco and Munich synthesizer programmers. Remixes are on their way...

DjJanine / Laurent & Lewis
Since they met, in an alternative party in some decadent squatt in Amsterdam, they cannot help but collaborate again and again. After DjJanine's brilliant remix of L&L's hit "The Motion", it was about time Laurent & Lewis did something back for her. It is called 'Berlinoise' and it's dark, slow and quite Berlinois, indeed.

More collaborations soon...
